Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance with new product development projects, including packaging preparation, business cases preparation and launch monitoring
  • Provide assistance with data mining (Nielsen, Tracker, Internal)
  • Analytical support
  • Provide assistance with creative & digital agencies management
  • Provide assistance with brand CRM programs
  • Plan (if required), implement, follow up & assess effectiveness of brand specific activities as directed by the immediate supervisor in close coordination with internal departments & partner agencies
  • Monitor Tobacco market development & Brand performance; analyze market research data to identify threats, opportunities and consumer trends using internal research studies
  • Monitor Competitor Brands activities using available information from open sources
  • Ensure smooth and timely financial and administrative document flows for brand projects (using SAP, CAS, Marketing Catalogue) in accordance with internal Policies & Procedures
  • Provide assistance on other brand projects as directed by immediate supervisor

Requirements

  • University degree—Marketing / Technical Education (Mathematics, Science) is a plus
  • Experience in Marketing / Trade Marketing with International FMCG company
  • Understanding of business processes in a big FMCG company
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (spoken, written)
  • Advanced PC user (excellent knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Good communication skills, team player
  • Ability to work under pressure, high self-motivation, high commitment & ownership attitude to assigned projects & brand overall
  • Strong planning and analytical skills; structured approach & self-discipline, attention to details
  • Focus on professional development, willingness & ability to learn & apply new knowledge & skills
