Here is what you can expect
- For the first 6 months you will be 'on boarding', a localized training program to develop production skills, learn to troubleshoot and gain expert knowledge of the product supply industry.
- The following 18 months will concentrate on technical development. Over this time you will tackle many different roles, work on international assignments and be assigned a senior leader as a mentor.
- Twice a year, you'll have the opportunity to network with other graduates, pick up more skills, including HMEX (Hygiene Manufacturing Excellence), and hobnob with the movers and shakers of SCA. This is the time to make yourself stand out.
- For the duration of the program, you will work with exceptional production crews, take on your own SGAs and projects, and gain a full understanding of the product supply business.
This is what we are searching for
University degree (process, mechanical or electrical engineering; physical, chemical or industrial engineering; automation; mechatronics)
Fluent in English and good knowledge of at least one other major language (possibly will be decisive in the choice of the later location)
Willingness to take comprehensive responsibility, and mobility (also abroad)
Potential to assume leadership responsibility
Work experience is not required, but appropriate internships in industry should be
