Responsibilities

  • Preparation/Checking of requests
  • Collection of back ups and approvals
  • Maintain register (MS Excel file)
  • Checking of correct postings into SAP
  • Implementation of automation system
  • Invoices processing
  • Collection of back ups and approvals
  • Provide coding for invoices (GL account, cost center, product group), create allocation rule if required
  • Creation of PO (Purchase Orders) in special purchasing network program
  • Informing initiators about new PO opening
  • Checking payments (under special requests from initiators)
  • Collection of final invoices à make according actions inside purchasing program
  • Maintain register (MS Excel file)
  • Checking of posting into SAP
  • Maintain status tables for key suppliers
  • Representative office cash balance management, creation of according requests
  • Month closing
  • Perform check, that all accruals from prior period were reversed
  • Reconciliation between posting into SAP, registers & Ariba
  • Providing list of open PO's to internal users, prepare accruals, if required
  • Prepare folder with hard copy documents for closing
  • Reporting into corporate & regional systems
  • Preparation of files for further reserves calculation
  • Increase of responsibilities after approbation period (after successful candidate becomes familiar with specified above tasks)

Requirements

  • Graduated in Economics or Accounting
  • Work experience (as a plus)
  • Good system knowledge: MS Outlook, MS Excel (good level is mandatory), SAP (as a plus), confident to apply systems in new ways to improve processes
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels across the business in relevant ways (both in Russian and English)
  • Loyal to routine job
