Responsibilities

The Investment Banking Team in Moscow is looking for exceptional Russian speaking interns to join the firm for 10 weeks starting in June 2015. As an Investment Banking intern your responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the Moscow team with day to day requests, all aspects of deal processing including modelling, due diligence and
  • financial analysis
  • Assisting in various M&A, ECM and DCM assignments and co-operation with London-based teams
  • Supporting financial valuation, discounted cash flow and multiples-based analyses
  • Executing end-to-end client transactions
  • Preparing presentation materials and participating in deal pitches
  • Conducting sector analysis, research and market screening for potential targets / investors

Requirements

  • Academic excellence is a must, you must have an expected degree minimum of 4.7 GPA (Russian grading system — results to date should clearly demonstrate that this is a realistic indication)
  • Penultimate year of study
  • Ability to take responsibility for projects and work independently under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Proactive, ambitious, hard-working and committed to show initiative
  • Modeling and financial valuation skills, commercially minded
  • Strong quantitative skills and computer literacy (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to details
  • Reliability and team-player personality
  • Language skills: fluency in Russian and English are required
