BNP Paribas, one of the world’s largest banks, designed this online business game to challenge students from the best business schools around the world. As a participant, you will be placed into a virtual world as a banker employed by BNP Paribas. You will interact with game avatars, and go through a series of financial cases involving retail banking, investment solutions, and investment banking.
About BNP Paribas Ace Manager
The cases in marketing, finance, banking and management are linked to the virtual story of Joe MacKinsey who has just made a fortune. The contestants need to efficiently manage his money and follow the instructions his character will give throughout the game. They also need to find some clues which will be well hidden in the city, in order to be able to solve the cases. In general, all team members need to invest approximately 20 to 40 minutes per day into the game so as to solve the cases. However, the allocated time for each case changes according to its level of difficulty, which means some of them will have to be solved in a day while others in two.
For every finished case, the team is rewarded points. The five teams which will earn the highest scores after the 3 weeks of solving the online cases, will have the chance to go to the headquarter of BNP Paribas in Paris, play one last round and crown the winner. The winners will be rewarded with a round trip to Paris, VIP tickets to Roland Garros and a total of 15 000 euros in prize money.
